I’m a Certified massage therapist, I offer a variety of styles of bodywork varying from Swedish, Deep tissue, Relaxation, Lymphatic drainage, cellulite massages, Healing Light touch (this is professional light touch), Sport or Combination. I focus on working out all the knots, tightness, aches, and pains. Stretching is an amazing combination with massage! Relieving body aches as well as loosening the full body from tightness and realignment. I work very well with shoulder, neck, lower back issues , Iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS or ITBFS) which is side of your leg, sciatica, knee pain, and Plantar fasciitis .

Stretching is included in the session and as per your request (however stretching is not required).
